How much website do you need?

The one-page package starts at €290, with room for one offer and getting in touch. Signature Starter starts at €490 for up to three core pages, and Business Essential at €690 for up to five. In the introductory call, we work out how many pages your project needs.

One language of your choice, German or English, is included. A DE/EN version with a language switch is available as a paid extra. We agree the scope and price in the introductory call.

No. Legal notice and privacy pages are additional to the core pages. You supply and approve the appropriate legal text; I handle its technical integration. Legal drafting and review are not included.

You provide your existing copy, images and logo. I organise the content and lightly edit the copy within the agreed scope. If new copy or images are needed, we discuss the work and price beforehand. The necessary rights must be in place for all materials used.

The website price covers creating the site. Domain, hosting, paid platforms and other third-party services are listed separately. I purchase or activate paid services only after your approval. Your domain and hosting should be in your name and under your control; we agree the specific setup beforehand.

Selected projects may qualify for a small discount if you give permission for the finished website to be shown as an example of my work. We explicitly agree the amount and scope of permission in the quote. Permission is optional, and inclusion in the portfolio is not guaranteed.

Your first enquiry only needs your name, email address and a few sentences about your project. Further details are optional. We then discuss your main questions in a short introductory call. Before the advance payment, we record the scope, price, timing and handover in a short written project agreement.

Before work starts, we agree an estimated start and completion date for your project. Timing depends on scope, available materials and timely feedback. If these change, we agree how the schedule needs to change.

You gather your requested changes in one list. One consolidated revision round within the agreed design and project scope is included. Errors in my implementation are corrected separately and do not use up that round. Further rounds, new pages, features or a change of direction are quoted beforehand.

After the written project agreement, 30% is payable in advance. You review the website through a preview link and confirm in writing that it matches the agreed scope. The remaining 70% is then due before launch and handover. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

You can notify me of a cancellation, for example by email. You pay only for work already completed and unavoidable costs you approved in advance. We agree in writing before work starts how completed work will be valued. Any advance payment above that amount is refunded. Statutory consumer and withdrawal rights apply separately and remain unaffected.

You receive your website’s source files, the agreed access and a short handover guide. Usage rights, third-party licences and the specific hosting or transfer arrangement are recorded in the project scope. Platform features and accounts cannot always be transferred automatically.

Self-editing features or a content management system are not currently part of the offer. You can request changes from me, and I will quote the price beforehand. A self-editing option may be developed in future if there is demand.

After launch, 30 days of support are included: help with technical issues caused by my implementation and brief handover questions. New content, additional features and ongoing maintenance are outside this support. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

You can request new content, changes or additions individually. Scope and price are agreed before work starts. I do not currently offer a maintenance subscription. Any recurring fees from your hosting or third-party providers remain separate.
